The mahogany body and maple neck provide an excellent platform in terms of sound. This design actually balances better than other similar shaped basses. Two powerful passive pickups are controlled by Volume, Balance and Tone. The onboard active electronics board gives this bass phenomeal punch.

It delives a great clean tone, but we encourage you to try some distortion or fuzz on it. Rock heaven! Oh yes, and the chess pattern design will get you a lot of presence onstage, that's for sure!
