• Ibanez SR1000E fretless (used)

This is a made in Japan Ibanez Sound Gear (SDGR) bass that was made in the 80's (1988). Quality hardware and made in USA pickups, it comes with an extremely comfortable neck that plays really easy.

Oroginally a fretted bass, it was converted into fretless by a professional luthier some time ago. Excellent job, by the way.

Very good sound from both pickups, especially the bridge unit that has the perfect balance between attack and warmth. The onboard active EQ consist of a semi parametric Midrange boost that lets you select the frequency that will be cut and you get the chance of a moderate or more noticeable cut with a 3 way switch (position 1 is neutral).

Solo the bridge pickup and cut Hi Mid and you'll be in fretless heaven. Amazing.

If you are looking for a great sounding and easy to play fretless bass, look no further.
