Handmade bass by luthier José Merlos (Alicante, Spain). Excellent woods, parts and construction. Electronics are inherited from the acclaimed Schack boards that came in those Germand basses (Merlos used to be the distributor for Schack in Spain). This is a very comfortable 4 string bass with a great sound and response. The flat neck is very easy to play. The Delano humbuckers put out a full and clear tone that excels at percussive techniques, but there's no sound this bass cannot cover.
