This is the updated and upgraded American Deluxe Precision bass. Classic looks, excellent performance and great features such as thru the body stringing, improved N3 pickups and of course Active/Passive switch that will take you from old school Fender to updated tone at the flick of a switch. The Split pickup is powerful and punchy, and the bridge unit has lots of detail and definition. Mixing both produces somewhat scooped sound that will fit right in into a lot of different styles. One of the most interesting P Basses ever.
